BLACK WOMEN reside in communities where landlords live in other states and more affluent White areas and no one is held accountable for the sad conditions we are placed and on top of all of this, our educational systems are crowded with ineffective, incapable and racist teachers that we are STILL nursing, nurturing, protecting and assuring that their young can eat, have, travel, enjoy, be healthy and have their notes and bills paid as we pick up the tab.
BLACK WOMEN who are unquestionably skilled, gifted and talented raise children to be the same who are COVETED, needed, desired, necessary and ripe to play on ANY team, touch down on ANY court, own ANY field and run ANY gym but to assure that doesn’t happen America created Double D’s where they replaced SCOUTS coming to us in these hoods for FREE and pushed the elitist clubs, AAU of which replaced those WHITES ONLY SIGNS of which kills the Black parents softly. AAU were created to omit, deny, reject and claim the false narratives of what our children can and can’t do.

I am picking up where Deputy Clyde Kerr III left off.
He gave me a challenge, he passed the baton, he left me orders, he reached out to all of us BLACK people in EVERY SYSTEM of caring about people. He spoke to those of us in these systems to speak up and speak out on maltreatment and malpractice of our people so it can change.
Education Neglect, I was hired to be a substitute/personal care assistant.
I have one task, provide 1 to 1 care for a student assigned to me at the beginning of a school year inside of the school unless I am needed to travel outside of the school with this student for medical needs until his parent arrive.
During this pandemic and the opening up the 2020-2021 school year; I have fell short of my duties and obligations to this 1 student.
I have had to make a choice of neglecting my household and not getting a check for defying my principal or do this?
With the amount of violence, rage, crimes, inhumanity, disrespect, disregard and dishonor and other issues that look unfamiliar to us as a BLACK people when we see our youth; it is time to fix this mess
I have ignored, neglected and failed my student and his mom by not assisting him with all of his academic needs and this is educational neglect of a special education student who have clock hours I am supposed to fulfill
Negligence by a personal care assistant inside an educational institution can take on gravely ill outcomes that will lead to the prison pipeline or untimely and preventable death due to education malpractice, education theft and education maltreatment of the none deserving student who are paying for services
When it comes to our inner city children, education malpractice, education theft, curriculum discrimination and education abuse must cease and I feel complicit in this
As a substitute teacher, I have seen absolutely nothing but consistent inconsistencies, maltreatment and malpractice that’s legislated, known, allowed and intentional where our inner city students are concerned and it must cease
These schools BREED enraged, angry, vicious and malicious children. This pandemic is nothing new to our parts, this was us ALL OF IT……..PRE COVID

I am an educator full of compassion, sympathy, love and sincerity. I want to see ALL students especially those in our inner cities get EDUCATED
I feel indeed complicit, responsible and sorrowful at being the reason he is not doing well academically
I am witnessing my student be neglected in:
Literacy
Mathematics
Science
Social Studies
And these are subjects he need help in to be his best self as a student
