Substitute Teacher Exploitation

We substitutes of color are exploited, disrespected, harassed, demeaned, diminished, devalued and treated like we are incompetent and ineffective when those things are farther from the truth.

We substitutes of color are parents as well as professionals who daily jobs are threatened and money loss for taking care of parental duties while needing to be in two places at the same time.

We substitutes of colors are selfless, face systemic exploitation and are coined as heroes and essential but treated less than and in the most disrespectful manner.

We substitutes of color are expected to criminalize our children for doing what they are allowed to do because they are FREE and have RIGHTS, right?

We substitutes of color are here to assure the our children mind is whole.

We substitutes of color are here to teach civility.

We substitutes of color are here to teach morals.

We substitutes of color makes the decision to show up in spite of the vulgar, violence, viciousness and venomous actions of all stake holders.

We substitutes of color see the school to prison pipeline alive and in living color up close and person and it is unjust, immoral and unethical really.

We substitutes of color are here to teach that our children lives matter.

We substitutes of color are here to make sure our children understand why it is essential that they not give up.
We substitutes of color are here to guide our children into finding their strength.
We substitutes of color bring our our children innate gifts, skills and talents.
We substitutes of color encourage our children to be friendly so they can find authentic friends.
We substitutes of color tell of times when the community was unified.
We substitutes of color tell our children that we have always been scholastic no matter the income and zipcode.
We substitutes of color educate about the importance of humanity.
We substitutes of color  educate about the importance of generosity.
We substitutes of color educate on the importance of being compassionate.
We substitutes of color educate on the importance of acceptance of each other.
We substitutes of color educate on the importance of loving and supporting one another.
We substitutes of color educate on the importance of generosity among each other.
We substitutes of color educate on the importance of being kind.
We substitutes of color educate our children that they are our assets and not liabilities.
We substitutes of color educate our children and assure them that greatness, intelligence, brilliance and strength are all innate.
We substitutes of color educate our children on the importance of dreaming.
We substitutes of color educate on the importance of being good humans.
We substitutes of color educate on the importance of being thankful and grateful and appreciative and not entitled to anything.
We substitutes of color understand that education can’t survive without depoliticization and exploitation of our labor for the low low.
We substitutes of color see the privatization of curriculum and education and its tragic failure.
We substitutes of color are used, abused, and grossly underpaid but used as full time teachers, expected to hand out grades like full time teachers and test children like we are full time teachers and hold us accountable like we are full time teachers but don’t pay us like full time teachers, don’t give us the full time teachers perks and insurance and protections.
We substitutes of color are holding up and down education in America.
We substitutes of color are making sure our children feel some since of worth, safety, and purpose.
We substitutes of color are more qualified, effective and influential than these “highly” qualified FAKE ass teachers.
We substitutes of color understand that this is not about the money but humanity.
We substitutes of color may not have “teaching degrees” but yet we are proven to be experienced, educated, enlightened, empowering and elevation of the mind.
We substitutes of color are qualified in what matters, dignity, respect, humanity, civility, ethics, morals and good character.
We substitutes of color bring with us our creativity, gifts, skills, experiences, influence and high standards and expectations.
We substitutes of color literally see federal, state and local departments of education make mad profits off of exploiting us.
We substitutes of color don’t have to be “trained” to teach anyone or need to be skilled in teaching; we are the original teachers, nurturers, healers and educators.
We substitutes of color daily see poor, unskilled, ignorant, incompetent, racist, imoral, disrespectful, disregarding, and unethical people that make up majority of the teaching profession hence, we have the America we have today because of those who make up the profession.
We substitutes of color understand that America is threatened by educated, intelligent and thinking people and I refuse to allow my ancestors achievements and contributions to be diluted, devalued and diminished for their greed and comfort.
We substitutes of color understand that the teachers who have infiltrated and invaded our Black schools because of Brown vs. Board of Education don’t really want to be there, don’t really want to heighten the intellectualism of our children of which is the root of our ignorance, illiteracy and anti intellectualism of which is Anti Black of which assures our future is unemployable, and prematurely seeing their demise and imprisoned.
We substitutes of color have to play this capitalist game with our children’s future of which negatively affects our future.
We substitutes of color see first hand what inequity, inequality, inconsistency, invasion, infiltration, incompetence, ineffectiveness, instability root cause daily.
We substitutes of color have to seemingly accept slave wage and whites get contracts that fail, hurt and insult the intelligence, brilliance of creativity of our children.
We substitutes of color bring with us generosity, understanding, patience, kindness, love, faith, clarity, dedication and used by the gummit for what they CHOOSE not to provide.
We substitutes of color can spot the labor trafficking scam.
We substitutes of color understand that as a community, our obligation and duty is to pick up where home don’t and have not time to do AND WE DID AND DO.
We substitutes of color understand these entitled, rude, spoiled, disrespectful children won’t last in the real world.
We substitutes of color teach REAL LIFE lessons daily to those who look like us because we love and care for them and need them in the future.
You don’t want to squander your wonderful life, to waste your precious life among the hardhearted.  Why should you allow strangers to take advantage of you?

“THE PURPOSEFUL MIS-EDUCATION OF OUR BLACK YOUTH REMAINS BEING ONE OF THIS COUNTRY’S MOST PROFITABLE OF BUSINESSES….
Contrary to a belief that’s popular throughout the Black community, we are not losing most of our youth in the streets. Most of our youth are being lost within these institutions of learning. There’s a prison pipeline that directly targets our youth the moment they reach third grade. Black boys remain their prime target, which is why more have been medically diagnosed within these schools of having nonexistent mental disorders. But, their actions don’t exclude Black girls as study has shown the number of black girls now in prison has seen a rapid growth. Long before the streets would come into contact with our youth, America’s educational system would have destroyed a large number of our youth’s intellectual thinking from the madness they would repeatedly inject into their intellect. Malcolm X, in my opinion, was absolutely correct when he was quoted saying “only a fool allows his enemy to educate his children.” Most of the schools within America, when it concerns the intellectual thinking of our Black children, are nothing more than mental graveyards. Our children are being provided a dellusional pictorial imagery that documented evidence disagrees with totally concerning what whites declare to be history with the sole purpose of injecting the visual of whites solving the world’s problems. As Dr. John Henrik Clarke would be quoted saying, “nothing the European mind ever devised was meant to do anything but facilitate the European control over the world.” Documented evidence has shown this to be a true statement. Europeans are very much aware of how vital our children are when it comes to our existence and as well as our position in the world. Dr. Frances Cress Welsing would state, “Children are the only future of any people. If the children’s lives are squandered, and if the children of a people are not fully developed at whatever cost and sacrifice, the people will cosigned themselves to certain death. ” Our children are purposely being miseducated. We won’t, can’t, mustn’t and shouldn’t be discussing 45 administration being warned of traumatic psychological Injury of Immigrant Children and LEAVE OUT US, right?

Is it NOT traumatic psychological injury to be LEGISLATED living conditions that preexisting conditions is a given?

Is it NOT traumatic psychological injury to have to play small, be diminished when all you want to do is LIVE AND PRODUCE YOUR BEST LIFE?

Is it NOT traumatic psychological injury to know ALL THINGS are deeply rooted in MONEY and without livable wages, reputable employment the spiral begins and Whites HOLD our strings?

Is it NOT traumatic psychological injury to see WHITE FACES in our inner city schools who hate, fear, dislike, refuse authentic relationships, have great disdain, low expectations and standards and do NOT have to extract the greatness, resourcefulness, brilliance from our BLACK STUDENTS while being paid to FAIL AND CRIMINALIZE our children of color along with eradicating their student loans?

Is it NOT traumatic psychological i jury when WHITE FOLKS are not only MORE believable about MY reality but will be paid to speak on it?

Is it NOT traumatic psychological injury to walk or drive through our neighborhoods and see drug dealers, street walkers and jails in our residential areas like that is something to aspire to become?

Is it NOT traumatic psychological injury to be the ones who make business doors open and close and they not only disrespect us, call us derogatory names but take money out of our communities of color and never invest within us nor do their children attend our failing schools but we keep them living afloat and we are spineless, detached, disengaged, tired of fighting LEGISLATED ignorance?

Is it NOT traumatic psychological injury to be LEGISLATED education malpractice for decades and NEVER able to hold anyone accountable or responsible for failing our children?

Is it NOT traumatic psychological injury walking your pride and joy into educational institutions and they are met with police officers at age 5 and 6?

Is it NOT traumatic psychological injury to be LEGISLATED the worse education and matriculate to only be told because you have soes not mean they HAVE to hire you or pay you your worth?

Is it NOT traumatic psychological injury when we do what America tells us to do and then have systems in place to maintain, suppress and oppress. Same vicious tactics different packaging.

Is it NOT traumatic psychological injury to constantly apply for reputable employment and denied, omitted, rejected or give some lame excuses as to WHY you are not a good fit?

Is it NOT traumatic psychological injury to work long and hard and the nutritional value you NEED for GOOD HEALTH is too expensive so you buy food that contributes to cancer, high blood pressure and diabetes because it is the cheapest?

Is it NOT traumatic psychological
injury to KNOW that it is LEGISLATED that ones zip code determines resources, opportunities, progression or living conditions says HIGH LEVELS of LEAD, ASBESTOS and other invisible, toxic, deadly chemicals that causes early death?

Is it NOT traumatic psychological injury to CONSTANTLY be in need and those who have and obtained off of the backs of the poor and BLACKS refuse, deny, reject, look away or just never respond?

Is it NOT traumatic psychological injury to worry from sun up to sun down about your man and woman child because America does NOT see their innocence or humanity but build and hue?

Is it NOT traumatic psychological injury to WAIT on that dreaded knock saying Ma’am, Sir we need you to come with us to identify these remains?

Is it NOT traumatic psychological injury to walk or drive through neighborhoods dilapidated filled, streets crumbling, apartment windows are shattered, everything that convey WE DO NOT MATTER, MY STUDENTS DO NOT MATTER, BLACK LIVES DO NOT MATTER?

Is it NOT traumatic psychological injury to know in our KKKountry we have local, state, and federal organizations who KNOW, UNDERSTAND, PARTICIPATE AND ALLOW the plight of BLACK LIVES but do and have done absolutely NOTHING to write/right these 400 years of wrongs?

Is it NOT traumatic psychological injury to CONSTANTLY have to turn cheeks, love unconditionally and forgive when these atrocities upon Black bodies are inhumane, illegal, unwarranted, unjust and indescribable?

Is it NOT traumatic psychological injury that they will invest in our POOR BLACK children muscles and NOT also their minds?

THIS IS AMERICA!

THIS IS THE VICIOUS, HATEFUL, RACIST, DIVISIVE AND UNGODLY TRAUMATIC PSYCHOLOGICAL INJURY AMERICA HAS INFLICTED UPON US, #poc AND WE HAVE PASSED IT DOWN FOR 400 YEARS.
