These White men are those teens who come from wealth where their schools KNOW ALREADY that because of their name and financial status, they are to get no grade below a C+

These White men are those teens given unearned titles, positions, degrees and diplomas

These White men are those teens who are told that they have these RIGHTS to be vicious, abusive and a cancer to the family and public

These White men become enraged, abusive and entitled husbands

These White men become cheaters (scholastically, athletically and character wise)

These White men become sexual predators to the men and women in their families, churches and community

These White men become terrorists

These White men become control freaks

These White men are behind our laws, rules, policies and justice system and law enforcement

White Women, you conceived, nurtured, protected, carried, birthed, raised these vicious, angry, evil, entitled, disrespectful and rude children, especially the males that you fear.
From a distance: we saw/see how your TODDLERS were/are allowed to SPEAK to you, DEMAND from you and SCREAM at you, get PHYSICAL with you and that is/was never the case in our BLACK culture because of the honor we have and had for our seniors, elders and wise ones.
From a distance: we saw/see the loving look you had as well as the helpless look as your offspring had TANTRUMS in public.
From a distance: we felt your frustration, anxiety, hurt and discombobulation.
From a distance: we wondered why you allowed them to speak to you any kind of way, treat you any kind of way and do anything they please and now I get it.
Your children that you fear so HAVE ALWAYS BEEN FREE, THEY HAVE ALWAYS EXECUTED THEIR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS, THEY HAVE ALWAYS HAD LIBERTY TO DO, SAY, BE, ACT, TAKE, TERRORIZE AND BE HELL RAISERS.
Who are we to blame for these racist, old, WHITE, hateful and divisive men in this CLIMATE CRISIS?
No, the FOUNDING FATHERS of who were WHITE MEN that just wielded what they willed.

Weaponizing Food

Yes, I get it, I see it, I understand it, I am infuriated by it.

If the slave owners are overseers in the school and classrooms they are able to use food as a weapon of control. If we don’t know our history, if we are illiterate, if we are rewired to think we are criminals then they are able to use food as a weapon of control.

If we are uneducated, we are unable to know about resources within the community, we are unable to know the political climate and process they are able to use food as a weapon of control.

If they are able to hire, fire and dictate who can work, where you can work and how much you can make and how long you can remain employed then they can use food as a weapon of control.

Reflecting on asking for a job for the summer and being told this, that and the other while the indeed site is sending me notifications of need; that is a little outlandish, right?

This is a form of control.

When ou speak your mind, speak truth to power, cover your children, stand up for your children and love on your children, believe in your children and demand excellence, brilliance and superiority from your students and they deliver, you are standing in between the false narratives of poverty is the reason they don’t and can’t and I know poverty is the reason they can, will, should and must.

These inept, incompetent, ignorant, immoral, unjust whites are in our BLACK schools grooming, pruning and breeding our children to think like them, be like them, talk like them, demand like them and act like them and America don’t even see their humanity let alone will cater to them like they do them and theirs and this is something they know.
Their ultimate goal is to swoop in and weaken our Black children.

Retention Vs. Social Promotion

Retention says; you didn’t master, perfect, understand and produce to the level of one who can build upon what was taught, said, and presented so therefore you can’t go to the next level.

Our African American teachers of old were not concerned about your feelings, what your friends thought or anything of that nature, they held high standards, expectations and demands and expected you to produce superiorly and with much excellence like your friends did living in the same conditions as you.

Our African American teachers upheld that no excuse policy for any reason.

Our African American teachers didn’t teach to a test, they taught the whole child and brought out what was in no matter how you learned, they were ready and had their defunded schools set up for the way you learned.

Our African American teachers didn’t allow things to “carry over” they understood the community, they understood poverty, they understood because in them was a deep level of care, love, concern, ministry and a calling to resist all of those things legislated by America and bring out the scholar within and they did.

Our African American teachers built lasting relationships with the students, their families and understand that we an extension of them and when we failed they failed, and they refused to allow us to fail and it had nothing to do with workload or money but their future.

Social promotion is indeed what these White folks who HATE socialism brought to us and our communities. These teachers from these pop up/microwave and unaccredited teaching programs are trained to just pass no matter what. They are there to make THIER lives easier and they don’t want  any interactions with the families or communities so if they speak that whitenese and give out A’s they are all good.

They grade our children with the mentality that poverty is a disability and it impacts or impedes their development.

These teachers are the most incompetent, inept, ignorant and illiterate and they gladly come to our area to “save” us and we realize just how inept and ineffective they really are.

These are the SAME people ranting against critical thinking as they are not teaching READING, PHONICS or ANYTHING honestly.

These are the SAME people who have never had to be masters, proficient, scholarly or anything because they were secluded in white affluent spaces, private schools and the like and never had to really EARN their grades, percentages, stats or accolades but handed them. Remember the college scandal?

These are the SAME people who just come up with new ways of teaching, acting, being, presenting and none of them are effective, look around us, listen to our children, observe their human interactions……..

These are the SAME people who love to flaunt research based, proven research, evaluations, assessments of our students and their own organization the APA have admitted to generationally knowingly, willingly, intentionally lied on us and ours.

These are the SAME mediocre people, weak people, incompetent people who do and want to do the most minimum work possible and hold the same minimal standards for our children.

Our students don’t and haven’t failed, these schools with these White teachers have failed.
