When a BLACK WOMAN LAY ON HER BACK TO BIRTH LIFE, she is well aware that she can’t allow the child she birthed and love (with ALL HER MIGHT AS A MOTHER SHOULD AND CAN) coddle, speak motherese, allow to fail, be a prankster and make many mistakes and allow them to be life lessons BUT we must cover them at birth with helmets, masks, gloves, pads, goggles, sneakers and breast places is what we MUST do to save our babies and preserve our culture and race.

It is pressure
It is disheartening
It is cruel
It is surreal
This armour is worn is 24/7 365.
The heaviness is when we BLACK MOMS AND BLACK WOMEN must look at your children and own the truth of this country, speak the truth as we have ALWAYS been on the frontlines dismantling the lies, erasing the erroneous narratives, eradicating policies that deny, abuse, misuse, hurt and harm us and humanize our ESSENTIAL existence.
While being the BACK and BREAST of this country
While being the real FRONTLINERS
While being the ones who literally birthed this nation.
WE BLACK MOMS AND BLACK WOMEN are needed to BIRTH and NURSE this country and for 400 years this is seemingly our role. This is what we did and have abandoned ours.
BLACK MOMS AND BLACK WOMEN have an innate and unique set of anxieties that heightens the older our children become.
Today it is BOTH genders before, we were able to shield and protect our daughters but today they too are prey.
A BLACK MOTHER anxiety never cease of which says why we lead in heart disease and other ailments that can’t be seen but understood. Yet, they can be avoided if America was true to its patriotic slogans that WE MADE AND UPHOLD.
YET WE ARE invisible, muted, disrespected, disregarded and yet determined.
We are a spiritual women
We are a supporting women
We are a giving women
We are a cause driven women
It is the fact that we know that at any second it can be us getting that dreaded knock on the door because of the systems that are in place.

OUR LIFESTYLES ARE REAL
As a mom, our goal is to protect,ya know be that wall around your child but when you are BLACK IN AMERICA, there is absolutely nothing we can do.
I can’t become immune to America and her legalizing our inhumanity.
We are: afraid, anxiety filled, fatigue,upset athow we have been used and abused and our muscles and minds have been profitable for White folks
BLACK MOMS and BLACK WOMEN nursed, nurtured and cared for White women children before their own.
What has REALLY changed?
Who raise professional athletes? BLACK.WOMEN
Who drop off their children where White teachers await but dont bring our the scholars within?
Who are brilliant, intelligent, scholastic and educated but arent compensated YET used,abused, coveted and needed?
Who dominate in the entertainment industry?

Look where they hire clusters of BLACK.WOMEN AND HER OFFSPRING.
BLACK MOMS AND BLACK WOMEN are in low wage positions, positions that they are working with chemicals day in and day out inhaling and exhaling toxicity and come back to areas where environmental hazards that cause preexisting conditions are a given ALL BY THE DARK, MALICIOUS, VICIOUS AND RACISTS HARDS AND HANDS OF WHITE MEN AND WOMEN.
BLACK MOMS.AND BLACK WOMEN reside in communities where landlords live in other states and no one is held accountable WHILE KNOWING AND PERMITTING the sad conditions and on top of all of this, our educational systems are crowded with ineffective, incapable and racist teachers that we are STILL nursing, nurturing, protecting and assuring that their young can eat, drink, enjoy life pleasantries and be healthy.
BLACK MOMS AND BLACK WOMEN have been SACRIFICED in america for the past 400 years to bring profit, elevation, wealth and enrichment to White FOLKS but today, WE ARE STANDING STRONG AND UPRIGHT AND DRYING UP OUR MILK.
