My sister’s keeper, we say that a lot.

Do we genuinely understand that?

Do we honestly believe that?

last night, we were at a home volleyball game.

I am sitting and holding the village baby.

She is facing her Big Sister, her eyes never left her.

Her big sister is rough housing with her nephew, that is their thing. He is jumping on her, flipping her hair and just being himself and they are being them.

This four month old is clenching her blanket, scratching me, eyebrows are bringing out her sister girl and she is uttering baby talk.

Her sister got her attention and she calmed down and began laughing when she said Hey Meer Meer!

I can only walk way with My Sister’s keeper.

What does that look like?

What does that sound like?

Is it an age thing?

Is she too young to know about some my sister’s keeper?

Is she too young to want to protect her sister?

Is she too young to want to step with her sister?

Is she too young to understand what is going on?

Is he too young to feel a sense urgency?

Is she too young to want to assist her sister of who she felt was in harm’s way?

IS SHE TOO YOUNG?  I DON’T THINK SO!!

WE UNERESTIMATE INFANTS SO MUCH!

THEY TAKE IN SO MUCH AND SO QUIKLY.

Yesterday, if she could walk and if she could talk, she would have stood up as though in her four month way she id for her sister because she knows that at 4 months who keeps her, her Big Sister.

After Student-Loan Forgiveness, Mandatory Credentialing Has to Go

What were we talking about the other day and being credentialed and shade tree this and that…..

We go through K-12 that America wield our BLACK education malpractice, and maltreatment along with curriculum discrimination and then have the audacity to test us on information withheld, excluded and omitted all intentionally, knowingly and legislatively.

We go through K-12 and clubs and activities are seen as not a necessity but a privilege because they are connected and interconnected with accompanying businesses that provide a leg up, where they cam learn the ropes and rules of the game.

We go through K-12 and see rotating cast of substitute teachers where they babysit.

We take it all with much pride and matriculate to higher education where the lingo, jargon, communication, culture and demands are all foreign. Yet, we quickly learn the foreign language and move through the ranks. Now, I would be untruth to not admit that we didn’t:

buckle down

look up

proudly graduate!

We are told that there are different kinds of colleagues that we will have in life because we had them in group projects and all will be treated the same, now that was more than I could handle.

So, they know we inner city dwellers will go above and beyond because this is how we are trained and we are well aware that we have no one to bail us out like those in our groups who came from mediocrity, were slackers, allowed to be late runners, was just extraness, always missing in action, unnecessarily anxiety filled, forever tardy for class, meetings and presentations, drained the life out of us for no reason, depressed, and overly exuberant, fashionistas, overly observant, and too damn helpful.

Now, after all of that; we come home and get told, it is because of our choosing to go to higher education and not be a statistic that we aren’t hired, employable, a perfect fit or an ideal candidate for said company, organization or position……..wow

Then, we have the college scandal where they steal, fake, and create unearned access, opportunities and titles by handing out diplomas, degrees, and certifications without ever showing up or doing any of the work.

We BLACK citizens especially in our inner cities are ALWAYS EXPECTED to sign confidentiality agreements, sign letters of agreements, sign liability waivers and sign ANYTHING that shields the GUILTY from being held accountable and responsible for knowingly, willingly and purposefully using, abusing, being accountable and responsible for their malpractice, immorality, illegality and maltreatment of the innocent, legislatively ignorant and the financially challenged but mentally and physically and intellectually ripe.

AMERICA DEBT SYSTEM was created to prey upon Black, ignorant, trusting, needy, and struggling people. America literally zone Blacks into areas and then legislate education malpractice and curriculum discrimination of which is the root of lack because of defunding, and end result is legalizing exclusion and rejection to access, opportunity and competition.

Yep, when afforded access, opportunity, privilege and honor we DEBUNK the lie and snatch those false narratives and DEMAND our respect because we DOMINATE whatever, every time.

I wear many hats and as a former educator and as a mom; my children are just as dear to me as others.

YET; the way POLICIES are set up, it is that we are SUPPOSED to be in this constant decline and calculating demise.

We are ALL privy that everything in this country is tied to MONEY and MONEY is tied to POLICIES of which constantly benefit more affluent people who are where they are because of us.

Allow me to share my Women’s March speech to give you a visual of how it all interconnect to keep us oppressed and in impoverishment because those in positions of power are not sincere about eradicating these LEGISLATED injustices, immoral, dehumanizing, malpractices and maltreatment of poor people.

That Nigger Hunting License is the same as these SOCIAL WORKERS whose profession make up are predominantly dominated by White Americans who are chosen and paid to prey upon the poor, sign away our children and pry them away from their families due to what America legislate and make legal of which is illegal and inhumane and are behind those NIGGER HUNTING LICENSE. They never address #BenignNegligence.

The SCHOOL TO PRISON PIPELINE which NOW CRIMINALIZE HOME FOR NOT DISCIPLINING AND SIMULTANEOUSLY FOR DISCIPLINING our children of color of which goes after STUDENTS OF COLOR in high percentages which are from the desks of predominantly White teachers now in our educational institutions who are behind those NIGGER HUNTING LICENSES.

The LAW ENFORCEMENT which has ALWAYS been deployed to harass, kill, frame, hurt, brutalize and treat BLACKS as subservient and slaves, they are MOST DEFINITELY BEHIND THOSE NIGGER HUNTING LICENSE.

The MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS which is interconnected with LAW ENFORCEMENT AND SOCIAL SERVICES who “give our children privacy to ask if they feel safe or are they abused and misused as they send them BACK to LEGISLATED maltreatment and malpractice.” Yes, they criminalize those in need of medical assistance of which are LEGISLATED the very malpractices, maltreatment, PTSD and dysfunction under the LAWS, RULES, POLICIES, MANDATES AND ORDINANCES OF THIS LAND of which is the root cause of the preexisting conditions that we are ZONED and are provided before our due date of which are behind those NIGGER HUNTING LICENSE.

The INSURANCE AGENCIES which understand that WE ARE SURVIVORS, DARING, THRIVING, RESILIENT AND A BOLD PEOPLE we do a GREAT deal of things unlawfully because the laws are unlawfully and unjustly written AGAINST US and through insurance they CRIMINALIZE the very people they deny reputable employment, zone to reside in areas where preexisting conditions is unavoidable.

The very BLACK MEN they push deeper into poverty, deny reputable employment and a livable wage are NOW hunted through CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES. Please, make it make sense. If I am DENIED reputable employment, if one ticket catches me in a web, if the laws prey upon me HOW CAN I CARE FOR MY CHILD? How are these BLACK men supposed to take care of their children when LAW ENFORCEMENT wield anything to be felonious and they are omitted, denied, rejected and excluded from LIFE, LIBERTY AND ANY PURSUITS TOWARDS HAPPINESS?

ALL OTHER CLINICIANS AND PROFESSIONALS who deal with mass amounts of people on a daily basis, THEY HAVE ALL BEEN COINED MANDATED REPORTERS to legally since the beginning of time, EXECUTE NIGGER HUNTING LICENSE.

If the assistance was genuinely offered then the NEED would have long been eradicated and this is directed only towards those corporations that benefit GREATLY off of said needs.

The issue is, those who NEVER have to FACE it or have those sorry lame stories about how hard they had it but is NOW in the 6 figure range, THOSE ARE THE DANGEROUS PEOPLE.

Those are the ones in positions to be MANDATED REPORTERS.

Like those who are MANDATED reporters REALLY give a duck about our lives?

They honestly don’t, well I HONESTLY THOUGHT THAT SOME OF THE WELL MEANING WHITE FOLKS DID BUT THEY DON’T, NOT TO THE POINT OF LEADING US OUT OF THIS VICIOUSNESS, THE REAP greatly.

They say BLACK TEACHERS are unable to pass teacher certification tests and so finding “HIGH QUALITY” BLACK educators is hard.

 Those of us who were educated in our inner cities with LEGISLATED education malpractice and curriculum discrimination are hit hardest by STUDENT LOAN DEBT.

 AMERICA DEBT SYSTEM was created to prey upon Black, ignorant, trusting, needing, and struggling people. They legislate curriculum discrimination so we can’t intellectually understand how this DEBT work, we have no SOUND knowledge of finances because the key to LIBERATION is FINANCIAL LITERACY.  Financial illiteracy and being illiterate perpetuates PROFIT OVER PEOPLE and PROFIT OVER POVERTY.

 STUDENT LOAN DEBT is in place to give us false hope. We were never told just because you obtained a degree that it does not automatically make you employable or make you qualified for livable wages. I get overqualified all of the time of which push me and keeps me in poverty. We leave in MAJOR debt because WE CHOSE to escape poverty and reach for the “American dream” but yet our families are and were left STILL impoverished so therefore in our ignorance, we are OFFERED large amounts of money at one time and we CHOOSE TO ACCEPT to help home and “supposedly” lessen the burden of home.

 THIS DEBT “crisis” is a RE-GIFTING of policies, laws, procedures, wickedness, mandates, rules, codes and injustices towards POC and the POOR.

Stop acting like our children are in the 1800’s.

Our children are just as tech savvy, brilliant, capable, able and intelligent as affluent children.

You don’t want to see it, believe it or bring it out of them.

We are all privy that from the moment they wake up to the moment they go to bed, it is technology.

Stop force feeding our babies in these inner cities what isn’t effective or working and that starts with these incompetent teachers and outdated curriculum.

Poverty is nothing new.

Homelessness is nothing new.

Being transient is nothing new.

Being without school supplies is nothing new.

Being short changed is nothing new.

Being overworked is nothing new.

Being socially and emotionally bruised is nothing new.

Being devalued is nothing new.

Not having the latest this, that and the other isn’t new.

Facing illness of self or loved ones is nothing new.

Challenges are nothing new.

Overcrowded rooms are nothing new.

Being treaded like you are a commodity is nothing new.

Being undervalued is nothing new.

Being disrespected is nothing new.

Being underpaid is nothing new.

B3eing overworked is nothing new.

Being highly stressed is nothing new.

The deprofessionalization of education has everything to do with these entitled, privileged, inept, and incompetent white teachers who have always had everything handed to them.
